The objective of Pine Ridge Capital, is to leverage knowledge used by institutions & focus it on lower sized commercial properties.
By targeting smaller (<~$6M) deal sizes & creative business plans we aim to reduce competition and deliver superior risk adjusted returns. This property size is too small for institutions to currently pay attention to, which provides us an advantage.
We plan to share the opportunities with investors from our “friends & family” network through a syndication model. Investments only open to those with pre-existing relationships with the sponsors. If you would like to learn more, please schedule a call!
Kyle Tushaus, Managing Partner
Broad career within commercial real estate having served in roles ranging from analyst to principle to advisor. Previously, he was Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Mgmt. for two family offices encompassing +1,300 hotel rooms and +1M SF of office, industrial and mixed-use properties across the Western United States.
Kyle graduated from the University of Kansas with degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Finance.
Nash Anderson, Managing Partner
Brings substantial operational expertise with 10 years in the tech industry focusing on execution of global supply chain management, strategy development, negotiation, cost & risk management. Additionally, Nash is an active investor in +3,000 multi-family apartment units and has launched a successful insurance business.
Nash graduated from Cal Poly with a degree in Materials Engineering.
